Angie is the best employee ever!! She overheard me and my friend talking about how we wish they had vanilla sprinkle long johns, and she came up to us and offered to make them fresh! Made my whole week.
I'm guessing customer service wasn't considered very important in the training at this particular store. I went to check out and the cashier (I think his name was Blake) didn't say one word to me, acknowledge me in any way, or even look at me. He scanned my items, took money out of my hand, and gave me change all while having a conversation about his evening plans (I'm guessing with another person, either they were out of sight or he was talking to himself). Really just made me feel like he didn't care.
I’ve always enjoyed the kind service at this Kwik Trip location but I can’t thank the ladies working around 6:45AM on 2/6/21 enough. I didn’t catch any of their names but I came in a blubbering mess with a dead car and a dying phone after a 14 hour shift. They found a charging brick for me to use to charge my phone, offered me a coffee, and let me hang out in the warm store until my friend came to jump my car. We ran into some issues and without hesitation, one of the gals working offered to use her car to help jump mine despite the freezing cold temperatures. She was incredibly friendly and helpful and I am so so grateful. The staff here went above and beyond and I hope that if my car ever dies at a Kwik Trip gas pump again, it’s at this KT location.
I like Kwick Trips, clean and quality in every store. But this morning a saw an employee who deserves a shout out. Cora, was able to juggle many areas in a very timely, professional and friendly manner. She dealt with difficult guest while getting everyone what they needed, all with a smile. Nice work Cora and Kwick Trip!
Imagine it is 1 AM and you don't even know you are hungry, but when you walk in you smell the food right in front of you. And there it is, a Cheddarwurst for $1.49. I usually don't like hot dogs unless they are prime, don't have that, "hot dog," taste. I am pretty sure my Lyft driver went and got one after he dropped me off, and you should too.
Another great Kwik Trip. The store is always clean. The food is always fresh. The service here is better than some other locations. The staff is friendly and helpful.
I went into the store and spoke with a friendly employee about a problem. She promptly got the manager. They then went way above and beyond to make sure I left feeling like a valued customer. Thank you evening Kwik Trip staff on 01/25/16
The employees are extremely quick and professional. The prices are average, but you can actually save if you use coupons (which they seem to send out in the mail about once a month). The reason why I like Kiwk Trip over other stores is because the groceries and other products are somewhat overpriced, depending on what your buying, which is expected in all gas stations. However, some gas stations charge 3-5 times normal price for products. Kwik Trip prices are bearable, and with coupons, a great deal. The gas pumps are always operational as well.
